It’s Time To Embrace Emerging Technology
With The Navigator ™ Laboratory Kit
BIOMET 3i has developed the Navigator System For CT Guided Surgery in response to the growing interest in three-dimensional imaging and surgical guidance to plan, place and, when appropriate, provisionalize dental implants. The system allows clinicians to enhance treatment planning to improve the accuracy of placing BIOMET 3i Implants.
An integral part of the Navigator System is the Navigator Laboratory Kit, which contains easy-to-identify components needed to fabricate a master cast and provisional prosthesis prior to the day of surgery.
The Navigator Laboratory Kit provides your laboratory with the opportunity to:
- Fabricate A Master Cast And Create A Provisional Prosthesis Prior To Surgery For Immediate-Load Cases To Accelerate Patient Treatment
- Be Part Of A Collaborative Approach To Comprehensive Patient Treatment
- Grow Your Business By Capturing Provisional And Definitive Implant Restorations

Reliable Components
The Navigator™ Laboratory Kit contains implant analog mounts for Certain® 3.4mm MicroMiniplant™ 4 and 5mm restorative platforms. According to a prescribed computer generated surgical plan, these mounts are mated with implant analogs and placed through the master tubes in the surgical guide to position analogs and set the hex connection timing in the master cast.
A design feature allows hex-orientation to be set and can later be replicated intraorally so that implants can be placed and restored when appropriate.
This unique hex-orientation feature is especially beneficial when immediately provisionalizing single tooth cases, cement retained cases and cases where angulation correction is required.
